Policies, Guarantee and Shipping Information
Returns: If you wish to return an item you purchased online, please send a detailed email to info@puppydogplaids.com . You will receive instructions on how to return the item and receive credit for the purchase. We measure our custom items carefully before shipping according to the measurements you have provided on the order. Please understand that any postage used to send reordered, improperly sized items are the responsibility of the buyer. We under NO circumstances will refund shipping fees because you returned the item. ALL CUSTOM orders will have a 50% restocking fee. Please understand our products were made just for you we have spent a lot of time and materials for each piece. Upon your returning them we can not resell. We do not let them go to waste however. We donate all returned custom designs to rescue and charitable organizations of our choosing for fund raising events.
Custom design shipment time frames: Please understand that all Custom Designed items take additional time to create. We design them in our Puppy Dog Plaids shop from start to finish. Most orders will take 3-5 weeks for design and shipment. Coats, harnesses and embroidered items can add up to an additional week. There are occasions that if we are ahead of schedule your order will go out quicker. Feel free to email us on our current time frame.
Exceptions to our custom design time frames: We realize there are certain special circumstances such as birthdays and holidays where you may need your custom items designed quicker. Feel free to contact us should you not be able to wait. If it is possible and we are on schedule with our orders we will try to accommodate your request…We won't bite so go ahead and just ask…Grrrrrr J
In Stock Shipment deliveries: All in stock will be shipped between 24 hours and 1 week of purchase. If you would like to contact us to be sure item is in stock please feel free to do so. We will send you a confirmation when your order is shipped.
Checking on status: If you would like to check the status of your order or have a question, feel free to contact us at our email address at info@puppydogplaids.com
Special requests: We custom design many additional items and Fabrics not listed on our site for our customers. If you have a special item you are looking for or a special plaid you have in mind, contact us. We would be happy to try and accommodate your request.
